How I can help:

You don’t have to have an injury to work with me! I offer bodywork and maintenance care to help you feel and perform at your best. Recovery care is just as important as your hardest training days. You know how much better you feel and perform when you take care of your body!

We can utilize dry needling, cupping, massage techniques, joint mobilization, stretching, and muscle energy techniques to help with recovery.

We can also perform video analysis of your running gait or lifting mechanics to improve your speed and power.

These appointments can be made on an as-needed basis and are always one-on-one. If you are dealing with a specific injury, I suggest you schedule a physical therapy evaluation first.

And the best part? I can come to you! Convenience can be important when you have so much going on in your life. I make self-care easier for you to fit in without taking a day off work, finding childcare, or waiting on transportation. I come to you!

The Process

  • First, book a free discovery call to see if we are a good fit. Then I will schedule you an evaluation at the end of the call. You can choose to be treated in the Meredith office, the Laconia office, or in the comfort of your own home.

  • You will receive online paperwork via email to fill out at least 24 hours prior to your session. This will help me prep for your session and understand the areas of focus.

  • This is a 60 minute session.

    I will bring my supplies to you of your scheduled session. We will briefly discuss your focus area and any medical history that would affect care.

    Then we will use the majority of our time together working on what is most important to you.

  • We will decide together how often maintenance care is necessary based on your presentation.

    We can also plan to meet on an as needed basis.
