Always individualized, always one-on-one care
Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapy
There are multiple ways that we can keep you active despite battling an injury- you won’t be told to stop doing the activities you love. We will look at your movement patterns, strength, and mobility to optimize the way you move to get you back to where you want to be!
Wellness Care
Maintenance work is key to keeping you functioning at your highest potential! These sessions include work on recovery techniques including dry needling, scraping, cupping, and soft tissue mobilization to keep you feeling great. I’m also here to answer any questions you have- anything from gym technique to running performance.
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy for Women
It can be tough to talk about problems “down there,” but just because your symptoms are common, doesn’t mean you have to live with them. Concerns around the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding tissues can be addressed with one-on-one individualized care in the privacy of your own home.
Physical Therapy for Jaw Pain
It’s not uncommon to hold a lot of our stress in our jaw, neck, and shoulders. This can become more of a problem if we don’t address the symptoms over time. Night guards can help protect your teeth, but aren’t likely solving the symptoms you are having- this is where specialized physical therapy can help.
Frequently Asked Questions

I do not contract with insurance companies directly, and I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement from your health insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Yes, you sure can!

Being cash pay allows me to focus all of my time and effort on your one-on-one care rather than communicating with insurance companies. It also gives us the freedom to focus on you as a whole, and not be dictated to only treat one area or with one approach allowing you to get better fasting with longer-lasting results.
-
Nope! In New Hampshire you can see a physical therapist directly without a referral. If you are submitting documentation to your insurance for reimbursement, you may need to obtain a referral at your insurance company’s request.

During your evaluation, you and your physical therapist will discuss if an internal assessment is indicated based on your concerns and symptoms. An internal assessment is different from a gynecological exam, as speculums are not used. Your physical therapist will insert a gloved finger vaginally or rectally to assess your pelvic floor muscles just like they would palpate your shoulder if it was affected. Your consent is always needed before doing anything. A pelvic floor internal assessment is not necessary, but it definitely helps with more targeted treatment. If you are still unsure about this please bring it up to your physical therapist.

Dry needling uses a monofilament needle to treat the neuro-vascular structures of the affected area and trigger points (muscle knots) to promote healing and improve muscular tension. It is safe, and your provider has extensive training in anatomy and dry needling. Your consent is always needed before we use dry needling in your care. For more information, check out my blog post about dry needling.
