Implement relaxation techniques into your routine
Decrease your pain with eating
Increase postural strength and endurance to decrease stress on your TMJ (jaw)
YOU should be at the center of YOUR care! When you work with me, sessions are one-on-one and individualized to support your needs. If you grind your teeth at night, struggle with posture, or have pain with chewing– I can help!
When you book an evaluation, you will be scheduled with me 1:1 for 60 minutes. You will choose to be seen in the Meredith office, the Laconia office, or in the comfort of your own home. You will receive intake forms to fill out before your appointment. We will spend time discussing your needs and your health history to better understand the nature of your symptoms, and your goals for treatment. Based on our discussion, I may then perform a movement analysis, flexibility measurements, strength testing, and range of motion assessments, palpation, and other testing. After the physical exam, we will go over my findings and create an individualized plan of care for you.
